Return Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute the Prime Cuts Chop Shop Returns & Refunds Policies.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:
  • The return must occur within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging or not be devoid of materials associated with the original condition of the shipped part(s).
Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Please note: There will be a 20% restocking fee associated with the return.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping, please see our shipping and delivery policy for details.
