The following are the terms and conditions that constitute the Prime Cuts Chop Shop Shipping and Delivery Policies.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within two (2) business days. Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 days, in which case, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
If a part is listed for sale on the Prime Cuts Chop Shop website; generally it has already been pulled and is ready to ship and you can expect us to have it shipped within two (2) business days of the order being placed. In the event that a part has been requested off a vehicle that has yet to be removed, we will be in contact with the you (the customer) with information on what to expect.
We utilize FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Freight services.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please contact us if you have special shipping requests not displaying at checkout or not showing on our website.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after it is received by you.
Prime Cuts Chop Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We ship domestically directly only. If you would like a part shipped overseas it is up to you, the customer, to find a freight forwarder to deal with tariffs, taxes, and other compliance matters to assure you, the international customer, receive your part. Please contact us if you have any further questions regarding international shipping.
